- Depending on the local tax and customs policies of the destination country where you are located, you may be required to pay custom duties, taxes and other applicable costs and/or fees that may be imposed thereby.
- Delivery Time: DHL Express Shipping: within 7-10 business days. For orders outside Bangladesh.
Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):
- You can exchange the product only once.
- Products with major quality defects.
- Wrong product, size or color sent by delivery team.
- Any technical error in process.
- Exchanges for regular-priced items are allowed within 7 days of product receiving.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Discounted products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Fashion reserves the right to amend the exchange policy at any time.

Currently, orders can only be exchanged by returning them to any of our outlets in Bangladesh within 2 months of the purchase date. Exchanges must be physically hand-carried back to Bangladesh either by a friend, family member, or during your next visit. Upon receiving the product, you can exchange it for another product of equal or higher value.
Please be aware that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refund Policy:
- We don’t process refund for orders which are in “Shipped”. We only process refund for Cancel, Pending or Returned orders.
- Upon receiving your refund request, our team will initiate the refund process, crosschecking and verifying the product’s receipt. The timeline is subject to changes in the order status, reversal of the sale (subject to VAT), and adjustments to the payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, please be advised that cash refunds may not be applicable, and alternative refund methods will be employed. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
- An additional process fee will be charged for any refund.
- Please provide your details such as Order No, Order Date, Contact No. (the number from which your order was created), payment method (Bkash / SSLCommerz) and any other relevant information.
- If you pay via your debit/credit card (via SSLCommerz) and make a refund request, after crosschecking and processing from our end it may take 15-20 working days from the end of SSLCommerz to disburse your refund.
- If you pay via Bkash / Nagad and make a refund request, after crosschecking and processing from our end it may take 15-20 working days from the end of Bkash to disburse your refund.
